As the Front Desk Assistant at The Spoke Studio, you will be accountable for each rider's experience from the second they walk through the door to the minute they leave. It is an accomplishment to take yourself to class and live a healthy lifestyle. We want The Spoke to be a welcoming, joyful, and non-judgemental experience.

In addition to being the welcoming presence for all riders, you will support The Spoke Instructors and Studio Managers to ensure that the studio is cleaned and properly set up for each ride before class begins. You will be a critical part of the growth of our studio.

As a Spin Instructor at The Spoke Studio, you are in charge of your ride. We have a few frameworks to help structure your class if needed but — that new song on the radio? Play it. Want to dance? Let loose on the bike and bring that contagious energy. It's your class, you do what you want.

All we ask is that you bring your most enthusiastic, contagiously positive energy and unstoppable spirit every time you walk into that studio. Your ride, your style — it's really that simple. Together, we'll push people out of their comfort zones, motivate them to reach their goals, and leave them feeling stronger, more empowered, and sweatier than ever.

Our only requirement? Positive energy and experience had by all. Along with base pay, we compensate you for every rider that takes your class.
