About The Spoke

Some things are better together: good music, good people, and a really good ride.

The Spoke Studio is a boutique indoor cycling studio opening this fall, owned and operated by a family that has been part of this community for years. We're at 36 Main Street in East Hartford, right on the Glastonbury line, a minute off the Route 2 and Route 3 interchange.

We built this place because we thought the area deserved a workout you could actually look forward to. Not because you have to. Because the music is loud, the energy is real, and you leave feeling like your best self.

We're not about competition or comparison. There are no scoreboards, no judgment, and no pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are today. Whether it's your first ride or your five hundredth, you belong here. Every class is built around the belief that when the right song hits at the right moment, something shifts. That's what keeps you coming back.

The Spoke runs on community. We know our neighbors, we know your name, and we care that you walk out feeling better than when you walked in. That's the whole thing, really.
