The Spoke is a boutique indoor cycling studio opening in Glastonbury this fall, owned and operated by a family that's been part of this community for years. We built this place because we believed Glastonbury deserved somewhere you could actually look forward to working out — not because you have to, but because the music is loud, the energy is real, and you leave feeling like yourself again.

We're not about competition or comparison. There are no mirrors, no judgment, and no pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are today. Whether you're clipping in for the first time or you've been riding for years, you belong here. Every class is built around the belief that when the right song hits at the right moment, something shifts — and that's what keeps you coming back.

The Spoke is rooted in Glastonbury and runs on community. We know our neighbors, we know your name, and we genuinely care that you walk out of here feeling better than when you walked in. That's the whole thing, really.
